7. Malta

Paragon Europe provides project management solutions on European Union projects, knowledge economy tools and business services to both local and foreign clients. Established in January 2005 following Malta?s accession in the EU in May 2004, Paragon Europe is a young enterprise formed by a group of Maltese experts, with a view of raising awareness of, and participation in EU funded programmes and providing an exclusive link between foreign partners and the local public and the private sector and such funds. The firm has the capability to operate as a consultant, promoter, project manager or active participant in EU funded trans-national projects. We can also provide a wide repertoire of back office services.

We are currently seeking interested participants in the FP7 programme to create collaboration with ourselves and our local and European clients on all four areas, that is, Cooperation, Capacities, Ideas and People. Paragon will help you in every stage of the project lifecycle, from the conception of the idea to drafting a proposal, building a consortium and project management. 

In more specific terms, Paragon Europe is looking to assist European organizations in various sectors to join existing FP7 projects? consortia or existing thematic networks which have already been awarded funding. Also, we are seeking to help, through our EU Funding expertise, European organizations who have an idea or proposal which has the potential to be eligible for funding under FP7 to draft and submit a project proposal and to organize a consortium to manage the project. Paragon Europe can also contribute as a partner in new or existing FP7 Projects particularly to fulfil the specialized role of project manager, administrator, or professional researcher.
